Pasta cooking 101: You either make too little amount of pasta for your dish...or you make way the f*ck too much ....there never is a "perfect amount of pasta" that exist.

My husband hates too little! I always allow at least 4oz dried. But then fresh pasta you need more😳

@MrsPeterEvans yea...one time I thought I got it just right......and then it ended up being 5 noodles per person :( sad day.

I usually cook 3 ounces of dried pasta per person. Just get a scale ;)
