I Enjoy Food and Cooking

I didn't start cooking till I entered college...mostly casseroles, self-taught. And when I went to Japan, I befriended a Filipina and she coached me on how to cook, so now my style of cooking is a weird blend of American, Japanese, and Filipino.

You went to Japan??? So lucky! Filipino cuisine is so delicious...a real multicultural feast, isn't it? The blend you mentioned would be right at home in the Philippines or Hawaii.
