So I’ve been evolving my coffee for a little bit now….
I’ve always had a little half&half in my coffee. I started taking l-theanine pills before my coffee for the caffeine absorption control. Then I found out adding salt to water before drinking coffee is better for you, and I decided that since coffee is mostly water adding the salt to the coffee ground just skipped the middle man, and it turned out that that made it taste better too. And then I decided adding l-theanine powder to the grounds let me not have to remember the pills in the morning. Then I tried adding cinnamon to the grounds. Then I decided a little cayenne pepper would go great with the cinnamon.
So today I asked ChatGPT if there were any health benefits to this mix, and was told that this exact mix is apparently a current trend in society 😂
