I was sleeping in the sun and heard this weird grumbling noise. I sit up to see a bear eating berries off the bushes in ny back yard. I probably have never moved faster.

I have this too! but the oddity, is that I live Inside a city boundary, right next to a wooded park on the hilltop
AND, it's a cul de sac
so kinda best of both

Sitting out on the deck myself,warm,breezy,quiet just the wind chime clanging and the birds chirping,no animals yet just a pond to look at. :)

I enjoy the same living situation myself and I love it.

We have elk and Javalina wander through the back yard. Sometimes the front as well.
