For you coffee drinkers, do you have a brand that you really like? I drink Folgers and Maxwell House, sometimes Starbucks, but I'd like to try something new. Suggestions?

I go to coffee shops other then Starbucks....their coffee tastes burned to me. The smaller, privately-owned coffee shops usually have good coffee. I prefer coffee from countries like Brazil, Costa Rica, Nicaragua or Italy. Brazil is my favorite. They will grind up the beans for you...just tell them what type coffee maker you use....like with a paper filter.
@Midlifemale I so agree about Starbucks. I prefer my own brew at home. My early morning coffee is often in the nude anyway, so no way to do that in a shop.
@DemureDeb on our African Safari, we stayed on a coffee plantation. We picked out beans, they roasted and ground them as we stood there and then then made us fabulous, fresh coffee. It was orgasmic.
@DemureDeb When we got home, i ordered an inexpensive coffee roaster. The directions were so bizarre, and the dangers explained, as in it could explode, that I returned it. Some coffee shops do roast in their shop, so at least the coffee is recently roasted.
@samueltyler2 Yes, don't you just love that when directions are complicated? I bought a microwave like that, and then decided to take it back and get a much simpler one to use. I was much happier.
@DemureDeb Actually, the problem was the opposite, it said plug it in, set it on high and wait until the coffee is fully roasted. Knowing that it could explode, i didn't try that. I reached out to support and they told me that was all they would tell me.
