What is the hype about Barista's? Your pouring hot water into a cup. It's not that hard!

I'm over them already, every where you go for a coffee there is a Barista there to mess up your coffee...

I am amazed at how busy it can get behind the counter at a coffee house, while at the same time those folks try to maintain a rapport with the customers, somewhat like a bartender.

I am actually pretty impressed by them.
