What is the hype about Barista's? Your pouring hot water into a cup. It's not that hard!

I am amazed at how busy it can get behind the counter at a coffee house, while at the same time those folks try to maintain a rapport with the customers, somewhat like a bartender.

I am actually pretty impressed by them.

Thing is I think they have to work lightening speed. And have good customer interaction on tops.

It doesn't matter to me, it is sometimes better than what I get at home
