@Stephie YES!!! I used to make Camarones Flores...which is jumbo shrimp, rolled in garlic, wrapped in bacon, and grilled on the BBQ. I always made a spicy queso dipping sauce for them...which was absolutely amazing!

@4meAndyou Yes, with the right cheese or cheese dip you can have fabulous fish dish. That gives me an idea for tomorrow's dinner. Thanks for the tip
