What is your favourite cheese?
I was so disappointed when I found out the red cheese was just coloured red and had no bearing on the taste. Although scientific studies have suggested colour can make us taste food differently

Gourmandise Cherry cheese spread. It is only available here at Christmas time, and it is SO GOOD!
"Gourmandise is a French processed cheese made from cow's milk. It is a unique blend of Cheddar and cream with subtle hint of added flavours of nuts, fruits and liquor. There are two flavours in Gourmandise; one is flavoured with walnuts and pairs excellent with pears, other winter fruits and blue cheeses. The other is infused with kirsch - clear, colourless cherry brandy. Gourmandise is commonly served as a dessert cheese and tastes best with dessert wines like Sherry or Port or well chilled champagne."
