Smoked assorted cheese

@icedsky yep they call it cold smoking for a reason....can't rush it

@MarineBob a cooler day out helps a lot. Used a smoke tube so all the heat is off to one side.

@MarineBob I never knew anyone who smoked cheese themselves.

@jshm2 Dont worry we've developed a good technique to clear those up. Involves a drain snake and some rot gut whiskey. A few ratchet straps to hold you down

@Gangstress Last week a coworkers wife made a batch of Blueberry Jam and Apple /Pear butter. I took home 6 quarts of each.
The week before another coworker brought in about 25 pounds of home made beef jerky.
Its really common to spread your blessings around.
One guys wife is making a bunch of pumpkin pies this week. Last year she made 36 of the damn things
