Smoked assorted cheese

Smoked White Sharp cheddar, yellow sharp cheddar,Asiago,Parm,Gouda, Aged Swiss,Pepper Jack.
Bet it lasts less than a day.

@icedsky yep they call it cold smoking for a reason....can't rush it

@MarineBob a cooler day out helps a lot. Used a smoke tube so all the heat is off to one side.
