I made that last week! Next time I will buy Velveeta cheese instead of using real cheddar mixed with American cheese. I find the real cheddar has a grainy texture. It's still good, but it should be a lot smoother.

Yay! Homemade or canned? I like to take the Campbell's condensed cream of broccoli soup, cheddar cheese soup, and then add fresh broccoli to it and let it all simmer for a few hours in the crock pot. Maybe add a little paprika.
