There are two types of color perception, pigment and light, they are quite different. Neither of which is time related.
Time as a measurement is man created the cosmos doesn't give a damn.

@Gibbon and yet it is difficult to see color as a physical dimension. It has no length, height, width, or weight.. I suppose it could be a sub set of length but only as viewed in time.
