Getting on top of night time food cravings!
My biggest weakness is being hungry before I go to bed.... So over the last couple of days, I switched my 8 Eggo Waffles to a bowl of baby carrots!!! And my appetite is satisfied.........I've been exercising on my elliptical; only five minutes, but it's a beginning... Plus I lift 3lb dumbells and do other aerobic exercises too.. I stopped drinking coffee after 1:00 PM and switched to skinny tea with lemon wedges. I am making small lifestyle changes... Because it is a lifestyle not a fad... I don't care how long it takes I just want to be healthier and skinnier and enjoy myself and not injure myself along the journey!
