@Musicman No. I am sorry if I seem mean to say so, but I've eaten at Cracker Barrel...once, and it was quite horrible. My brother's partner's cousin and her boyfriend took me there, and they were SO excited...as though they were giving me some kind of special treat...and it was all I could do to zip my lip and actually EAT that crap.
The little tiny breakfast place where we used to go, near my house, was privately owned, and all the food was homemade by the Portuguese lady who owned it. I had to search for a photo of the breakfast special she used to serve, but believe me, it looked a lot different, and was so awesome I can't describe it.

@4meAndyou I would love to see the picture and go with you there. That cinnamon swirl toast did look good though. 😋 You are definitely right. Their food is nothing special. The best things about Cracker Barrel is their gift shop and they let RV's overnight in their parking lot.
