@Grateful4you not easy, it's like Eggs Benedict, just no meat, instead it's creamed spinach. English muffin is still there. The difficult part is the hollandaise sauce. Poaching isn't that hard.

I think the stuff at IHOP is mostly corn syrup. But I do not know.
