Mine is biscuits and sausage gravy. REAL cream, REAL butter. REAL fattening but who cares?

@Grateful4you not easy, it's like Eggs Benedict, just no meat, instead it's creamed spinach. English muffin is still there. The difficult part is the hollandaise sauce. Poaching isn't that hard.
