Having company over means i actually get to use the whole grill for once

Sirloin filets, beef hot dogs, hamburgers, swordfish steaks, and a good bit of juggling direct and indirect heat over the charcoal 😌

I bought a gas grill and used it one time then got rid of it. Charcoal is the only way to go.

@Azlotto Charcoal hates me, despite using all the tried and true methods.
