Rhubarb and blackberry pie?

I love rhubarb! Even goes well in savoury dishes: I sometimes cook baked mackerel stuffed with rhubarb!

It would be more tart. Id definitely try it.

Rhubarb Pie, the rhubarb does not taste the same any more, the "sharp" taste is no longer. I used to love it with other fruit filling and of course custard.

Hmm not sure both are sharp and can be bitter ...just more sugar to balance it out
