@UnderLockDown Wheat Belly Recipe Flax Seed Wrap
The flax seed wrap recipe from Wheat Belly is a quick and easy way to enjoy a healthy, gluten-free option. Here's a step-by-step guide to making the wrap:
Ingredients: Combine ground flax seeds, baking powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl. Stir in one tablespoon of coconut oil, then beat in the egg and water until blended.
Preparation: Grease a microwave-safe plate or pie pan. Pour in the batter and tilt to spread evenly. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
Serving: Let it stand for 5 minutes, then slide it off the plate. Flip and top with your choice of ingredients like chili, sliced meats, or avocado slices. For a no-bean chili, you can use zucchini, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and ground turkey.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with parmesan cheese for added flavor.
This recipe is not only quick to prepare but also offers a variety of toppings to suit your taste. For a sweetened version, you can add herbs like paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, or even noncaloric sweetener and cinnamon.

@Penny I'm not the one on keto, I believe in eating veggies and fruits, and grains. I'm just after some bread that is actually bread. The garbage in the stores has reached a point that I'm forced to make my own.

@UnderLockDown flax is good in bread but not like all flax bread. flax chips are pretty good though like with seeds and stuff

@UnderLockDown Yes, then please start with White Bread. It's the easiest bread that tolerates the most mistakes and has the easiest rising.
