If you've never made bread before, start with just regular all-purpose flour. The heavier flours are more difficult to work with. Save those for later until you begin to understand bread.

@Penny I'm not the one on keto, I believe in eating veggies and fruits, and grains. I'm just after some bread that is actually bread. The garbage in the stores has reached a point that I'm forced to make my own.

@UnderLockDown flax is good in bread but not like all flax bread. flax chips are pretty good though like with seeds and stuff
@UnderLockDown Yes, then please start with White Bread. It's the easiest bread that tolerates the most mistakes and has the easiest rising.
