I'm partial to a good Tres Leches with either strawberry or raspberry jam, but I figure any kind of berry would work well. Cinnamon sugar is another good pairing if you don't have any fruit on hand

@Finchy It has a really distinct texture that separates it from other cakes. It's very moist and spongy. It can be a little one-note, which is why adding fruit or caramel or cinnamon is recommended. But I'm just a really big fan of the mouthfeel. It's like eating a pancake with the perfect level of syrup saturation

@LILY61 It's really popular in Mexican restaurants. But making it at home was easy for me and I'm not much of a baker
