Yes, I used to make banana bread all the time. I am what they call "pre-diabetic". In other words, my A1C was high last year, so now I don't eat anything made with white flour.
You can still enjoy banana treats, though.
Here is my recipe for a frozen banana chocolate smoothie:
1 to 2 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped into big chunks
1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer
OR 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1 Tablespoon Hershey's cocoa powder
1/4 cup of Splenda sweetener
1 1/2 cups of milk
Whirl everything in the blender, and you have a chocolate banana frozen smoothie! Very much like a milk shake!

@4meAndyou some nice ideas there and good to know i can still enjoy foods, i'll just have to be a bit inventive.
