What is your favourite Rhubarb Tart recipe?

As much as I loved the flavor of rhubarb desserts I couldn’t tolerate the acid levels. I got sick when I was 5 years old after eating rhubarb & applesauce. That was the last time ever for me. We grew it on the farm.

@cherokeepatti Didn't think about that. I was thinking of maybe giving it a miss since most of the recipes I've found have nuts in it. And there are people in the house with allergies...

@Thevy29 I believe it is the salcylate acid level in the rhubarb that I am sensitive too, can’t have red wine or take any med with aspirin in it either. Since about 40 years ago it started causing crystals in my knees that were very painful. Not to mention throwing up from the aspirin when I was a child.
