No, they're a pain to make, they need to be left to rise while hanged upside down - it's unpractical at home and leads to messes. You're also not supposed to use typical commercial yeast but homegrown yeast from fermenting bread (idk how you call lievito madre in English.. mother yeast? 😅), which is a long pain to make and maintain.
