I recently started teaching myself how to make bread. It ,oddly enough, has become one of my favorite hobbies. I just made milk bread yesterday and im really proud of myself. It tasted very good too.

I used to love baking bread when I first got my food processer, and had a family to bake for. I started to realize that the ex was going through butter like it was water, and then I noticed both my son and the ex gaining weight...so I quit making bread.
But you are right. It is SO much fun to make bread. I used to love the smell of the yeast when it was rising.
