That one pictured, No
But I made the exact same one. I just didn't have a digital photograph of the oven on my computer. (I took the picture with my film camera) So I got photo from the Internet
By the way, these type of ovens are super easy to make and can have one made in a just a few hours

There two ways to do this style
If you have an igloo doghouse. You already have the shape
The other way is a big mound of sand
Then you need is Type S mortar and you mix the mortar till it takes the shape of your fist when you let it go
You don't need this screen mesh stuff, but it helps it last a lot longer

Just cut the mesh is the shape of the doghouse or sand mound (you can even use a big ol beach ball for the shape)
Put a layer of mortar then add your mesh before it hardens. If mortar hardens before you can add the next layer. Just get the oven wet with clean water. (The water acts like a bonding agent and let's the wet mortar bond to the dry mortar.
So you don't have to rush. You have time.
Now let the mortar fully cure before your 1st time starting a fire in it. About two to three full days in sun.
Make sure there is no rain for at least three days or have a tarp ready to cover it
Thats how I made mine a thousands of years ago
PS;
If you look on YouTube I'm sure you can find people that made videos. Everyone on YouTube now. (Even me with my stupid videos)
I made mine before there was a YouTube,
YouTube might even have newer cheaper, faster or better ways to make the same type of outdoor pizza/bread oven
Check out how others are making them.

Wow this is thorough. Is it okay to put one on the porch? Or it should be at the backyard etc?

@mindstruggle Porch okay, but fire, building and insurance inspectors may give you shit and will try to raise your taxes and deductibles.
Best to place in yard at least 50 feet from the house. Them inspectors love to find ways to put money in their pockets
Why I say they will give you shit, because it hold a small fire inside of it.
Oh by the way here is tip
Don't use charcoal, use wood from fruit trees like apple, peach, plum and so on.
Makes food taste freaking awesome and don't have a chemical taste like Charcoal

Your not dumb, its just new to you
Take a close look at the photo above. The oven have stone or a mortar bottom
You would start a fire in the center. Then once the wood burns to a coal bed. You would push the coals to the sides and you would place your food in the middle where you started the fire at.
As for the mesh (you can even use cheaper chicken wire fence in place of the mesh) and yes you want the mesh in deep in the mortar.
Now the mesh is not 100% needed, but does make it a lot stronger.
As the oven ages and gets used. It will developed cracks over time. Its part of the normal life of the oven.
The mesh will help hold it together when the I even starts to get older and get them cracks.
