@SW-User they taste pretty good, lowered the carbs by using about 2/3 almond flour with 1/3 gluten-free blend and substituting Truvia stevia for the sugar.

@SW-User that motivates me to bake, can’t have gluten and don’t need a lot of sugar either. I can mix it up whichever way I like too.
