My ideas about taste

[c=359E00]Cakes and desserts often classified as sweets, so they tend to taste sweet, well.. that's just logical. But for me, i have different ideas about cakes, for me cakes shouldn't overpowered the taste of the main ingredients with sweetness. Example.. my chocolate cakes, they are not very sweet, you can still taste bitterness of chocolate on my cakes, and for my cheesecakes you can still taste the taste of cream cheese. I've eaten chocolate cakes and cheesecakes that taste sweet, i mean.. very sweet that you can't even taste the chocolate and cheese anymore

Well.. i didn't said it was wrong because that's how sweets it is, they are sweet. But i have my own way of making cakes[/c]

French have their way with pastry . One could walk in on a Sunday very small into French Bakery-Caffe and order the days cake. They had like one or two tables at most and one pays for the table like 10 dollars.
