Duck eggs are tastier than chicken eggs when it comes to cooking. I always have this idea to use duck eggs for baking as well, i never heard of baker using it before but i want to try it..
- They're bigger (duh) - The white is a lot sturdier which has meant better results in anything that requires whipped egg whites - There's a bit more yolk to white ratio and the yolk is a lil richer
So they're awesome. They're like 130% bigger than a chicken egg so depending on the recipe you can just wing it or be precise as you need.
