Duck eggs for baking

Duck eggs are tastier than chicken eggs when it comes to cooking. I always have this idea to use duck eggs for baking as well, i never heard of baker using it before but i want to try it..

I've worked with duck eggs a lot and:

- They're bigger (duh)
- The white is a lot sturdier which has meant better results in anything that requires whipped egg whites
- There's a bit more yolk to white ratio and the yolk is a lil richer

So they're awesome. They're like 130% bigger than a chicken egg so depending on the recipe you can just wing it or be precise as you need.
@CountScrofula okay, now i'm convinced lol
