Help me out with this recipe if you can
So I want to try out this recipe for coconut flour bread and the ingredients are:
6 organic eggs, at room temperature
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
3/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
The only problem is that I do not have coconut oil. I have olive oil but I read online that when it is used in baked goods that do not call for it the oil can add a strong flavor that doesn鈥檛 really go well with the recipe. The only thing I have other than that which I think could be used as a substitute would be almond milk?
Do you think almond milk will work as a substitute for coconut oil.
