Help me out with this recipe if you can

So I want to try out this recipe for coconut flour bread and the ingredients are:

6 organic eggs, at room temperature
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
3/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

The only problem is that I do not have coconut oil. I have olive oil but I read online that when it is used in baked goods that do not call for it the oil can add a strong flavor that doesn’t really go well with the recipe. The only thing I have other than that which I think could be used as a substitute would be almond milk?

Do you think almond milk will work as a substitute for coconut oil.

@SW-User I just remember a story from yesterday, the coconut flour really has to be used. I'm just glad he found something.

Yup, I am also adding it to my milk in the morning since it can be eaten raw and has many benefits. @Kwek00

Use butter or any other oil.

@SW-User I just saw in a video that olive oil taste good in this bread despite how I read it might not so I think I will use olive oil, thank you!

@MightyLion I wouldn't use olive oil. Why not just some other vegetable oil, more neutral..

Depends on how strong the flavor of the olive oil is. I have used it sometimes when baking a cake or muffins and it was good. The greenish olive oils would be very strong flavored. Butter can also be used or part oil and part butter. Some low-fat recipes also call for applesauce as a substitute for oil.

Vegetable or corn oil. Yet coconut shorting would do. The shorting you should be able to find in any grocery store. Just warm it up just a tiny bit. It will melt easy

Olive oil is good in ordinary bread so it might work in this too. Otherwise just use a neutral oil like rape or sunflower.

My suggestion would be to use Avocado oil as a replacement. Avocado oil is a good replacement as there is no additional flavor.

Ofc almond milk won't work
