And also just in general it chills me out sometimes. but I also need to stop smoking that all day ugh

@caccoon I lived in Canada for 9 years. Partied every night and came home wasted in the early hours. It takes it's toll on your body, that's for sure. But as time goes on, you will feel much healthier for not overdoing it.

@SpaceJesus yeah absolutely. I never did any of this stuff when I was younger, it's just really in the last ten years. But I've been sober for periods of time in between, too.

But I sorta get depressedddd and lonely and that kind of thing and then I fall back into it

@caccoon Oh that's good that it's been just within the last decade. Your body will be able to heal much easier than someone who's been a lifetime drinker. But I do get what you're saying, and it's a shame that you have to feel that way. I offer you a challenge. See if you can make it to this time next week without a drink
