Favorite dessert?

I love Twinkies and Swiss cake rolls, but my favorite would be ice cream with loads of toppings like I get at Golden Corral every few years. The hot chocolate fudge becomes a hard candy shell

Tiramisu made the right way. With alcohol. No inconvenience of grocery store crap.

It was between Red Velvet cake and cheesecake. I loved those both.
