If its taking a long time its causes there is alot of people there. You are in line with those people. We are all waiting. It usually all comes out at the same rate.

Depends how hungry you are

There's also socially unacceptable options like getting their attention and going back there and making it yourself and leaving cash for it haha

just to the point that I know I'm being ignored.
Unless they re actually busy doing things... whether they have poor time management skills or too few people doing what needs to be done makes a difference to me. Then I decide from there if the situation is going to be a hassle or only minor inconvenience.
