Can u name a food that U know is NOT so healthy ? 🍭

Have you ever had something unhealthy before.
No we are not talking about your ex. 🤣
I am talking about this thing called food.
Of course we all know certain foods are not the best.
Some of it is for entertaining us rather than nurturing us too.
Can you think of anything that is considered unhealthy to digest.
What about Doritos.
I had a bag on yesterday. But lets be real. Its junk food.
I have cut down on it significantly over the past few years.
Its still a hit now, dont get me wrong.
But its not all that. Besides that shit is expensive nowadays. 🤣
It seems like the worse it is the higher it gets. 🤣
Sounds like McDonalds.
But anyway, you get my point.
Name a food that many consider to be unhealthy for you.

Then add in Salt, just one seasoning that we regularly consume at levels 2 times+ higher than is healthy, and many really aren't that kind to their bodies.

I bought rootbeer like a month ago, because I wanted to try it a 2nd time, since somebody online said I had to. Drinking it, it was so sweet. Idk if there's actual sugar in it or just sweetener, but it tasted like large amounts of sugar mixed in it. I felt like I was poisoning myself, even though it was tasty.

Most think im weird, but its ok...look at what a hippopotamus eats..and they still fat..so lettuce has NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE but spinach does. Popeye got it right.

It just depends on the quantity. Even those chips are healthy if you don't stuff your face with them every week. In fact if you needed some carbs and fat they'd help you.

A little bit of a lot of things might be able to very occassionally fit in an otherwise healthy diet .. but are genuinely not healthy for you. Looking at you donuts, french fries and overly sugary drinks. 🤨
