Anyone try a chicken salad melt?

I used to get tuna melts from IHOP and Johnny Rockets. But IHOP no longer has it. It has been a while since I have been to Johnny Rockets, but Google says they still have it.

I do not go to Johnny Rockets much anymore because I stopped getting milkshakes due to my diabetes. I used to love their milkshakes. Real ice cream!

Sounds good, can’t handle canned tuna any more and I didn’t think of using chicken salad to make a tuna melt. I’d love it on gluten free bread or buns. Tuna melt was one of the first things we made in junior high home ec classes.
