Okay, so I do love me some good Italian. And I mean Italian, not the Americanized Italian we get here. And Spanish Tapas!! Omg, I can sit there all day and nibble. Don't get me started on Turkish Kebabs! Yum.

Indian lamb stuffed parathas, or keema parathas, are flaky, pan-fried flatbreads filled with spiced ground lamb. Interesting. I've never tried it but it sounds like it could be good.
