What is your favorite type of food?

Okay, so I do love me some good Italian. And I mean Italian, not the Americanized Italian we get here. And Spanish Tapas!! Omg, I can sit there all day and nibble. Don't get me started on Turkish Kebabs! Yum.

I think I love all of them. I lean towards spicy, so Mexican and Indian definitely. But I have a weakness for pasta, so Italian would be my top pick.

@Straylight Same. Italian is my top pick because of the pasta element. Do you prefer a red sauce and more beef/pork/sausage or do you like the white sauce and more of a seafood element to your Italian? I've been having a lot more of the seafood Italian lately and enjoying it.

@sarabee1995 I like a classic red sauce with meat. Whites good too, but red is my go to.

@Straylight I would say that's where I was with Italian up until like 3-5 years ago. But since then I've tried a lot of seafood dishes from the north and loving them.

Now, since you lean toward spicy and are from Louisiana, is Cajun your thing?

@sarabee1995 I guess Cajun food is just regular food to me. 😆 But yes, gumbo, jambalaya, not so much boudin. I would fight someone for a fried shrimp poboy. 😂

@Straylight I've never had authentic Cajun food. I've had make-believe gumbos and stuff like that but not ever in Bayou country or anywhere near it. I would love to try a fried shrimp poboy!! (Of course, only assuming there was more than enough for you too!!!)
