Simple fried rice meal tonight

4 large servings.
Diced 1 green capsicum, 1 large onion, julienned 1 large carrot, 1 tbsp Garam Masala powder, sautéed all in walnut oil.
Added 1 tbsp crushed garlic, 2 cups chopped red cabbage. Dash of salt.
Added 2 cups cooked rice.
Whisked 3 eggs, removed wok from heat, poured eggs into mixture. Stirred until set.
Served with garlic bread.

Walnut oil......I hardly use it.

I use sesame oil for fried rice.
And soy sauce is a non negotiable.

@scorpiolovedeep I mainly use the walnut oil for when I make nut pastes. Add just a little to the mixture so that it is not too dry.
