For me it would be an alligator.

Strangest meat i ever had i didn't know what it was. My mom worked at a chicken factory and there were all walks of life there. I know the man was cambodian but the meat had a tanginess to it ive never had anywhere else in life. Ive had pheasant, quail, rabbit, venison and wild hog. Where im at those are kinda common. I want to try gator.

@11knaves11 On a campfire. 😆 We were stuck behind a flooded stream for a few days waiting to cross, there were ducks everywhere after the storm... we had to eat.
I'm pretty sure the Ranger knew we were poaching, but when you get hungry enough it doesn't matter.
