Cooking doesn’t interest me but I’m sure I could be very good at it if it did. Because some of the stuff that I have made was good. I know years ago the kids liked my omelettes. I think it was because I melted the cheese properly and the right amount of it.
I'm always cooking for myself. Fried or baked Chicken, Stuffed red peppers, Cabbage rolls, Leg of lamb, Hungarian goulash, Chicken broccoli Alfredo, Root soup, Omelettes, Beef liver and onions, Pizza, Lasagna, Red snapper or Pollock fish, Refried beans, you name it.
Most of this is already in my Cooking photo album or collection.
Have some dessert baking in there as well, yet not as much.
I already did comment, but another thought on being a cook. Being a good cook, you have to have, of course passion. You have to know what the ingredients are doing to what you are making. Then you can change it a little to make it better.
