@ninalanyon Brussels might be okay, teamed with Sprouts? Goes right out the door. 🙂

@Gusman Both ways are good. I fry them in bacon fat or with chopped bacon (if i have any, otherwise whatever oil or fat I have handy) until they are coloured then put the lid on and let them cook slowly in their own moisture. If they are too dry I add just enough water, cider, wine, or stock to stop them burning. Throw a few walnuts on top and serve.
