I really wanted chocolate in pancakes but all I had was hot coco mix. I don't know what happened when I flipped it. Fell apart and took the form of steak. Maybe it's because the pancake mix is slightly expired. Well hopefully it will still taste ok.

Looks like using too much batter and flipping too early. Next time make smaller potions and only flip after the bottom is cooked well , you can do that by gently trying to lift the corners with a spatula
