Peanut Butter and Jelly or Grilled Cheese sandwich?

Grilled peanut butter and chocolate! Best sandwich I ever had. My grandfather's disgusting ex second wife made them for me. I never wanted to stop eating them!

She would butter the bread and then spread peanut butter inside one of the slices, and lay the butter side of BOTH slices on the grill. After about 5 minutes, she would lay a Hershey's chocolate bar on top of the peanut butter, and then flip the other slice of bread onto the top. She would flip it once...and leave it on the grill JUST till the chocolate softened.

A grilled cheese sandwich would hit the spot. Need to make a loaf of gluten-free bread so I can make them
