Do you buy spring water, or drink tap water?

I buy spring water occasionally but mostly drink tap. However today it tastes really off, and like a slight pipe taste. I think I'm going to buy more spring water.

The tap water here is very hard and sometimes seems to have a taste to it.
So I bought a filter.
I add Highland Spring to my glass of whisky.
