Do you buy spring water, or drink tap water?

I buy spring water occasionally but mostly drink tap. However today it tastes really off, and like a slight pipe taste. I think I'm going to buy more spring water.

Definitely bottled water. Our water here has a very high sulfur content.
@Musicman My foster home had a sulfur problem with their well, everyone at school knew I was a Bishop's kid, their last name. They also ran a dairy farm operation, it took me a couple of weeks to get used to raw milk, it used to make me puke until then.

@NativePortlander1970 Both my parents grew up on dairy farms. I have never had milk directly from a cow though. Both of my parents were younger children from larger families and I came along very late in their lives so both sets of grandparents had retired and sold the cows by the time I came along. Both of my granddad's passed away when I was about 4 or 5.
@Musicman I am so very sorry You never really got to know them, cold raw milk has a very distinct fresh taste that seems alive, I wish I could drescribe it better.

@NativePortlander1970 What I remember the most is my granddad's letting me sit on their lap and steer the farm tractors.
@Musicman I remember accidentally popping the clutch on my uncle's tractor when I was 16, the front wheels came up about 12 inches off the ground, if it didn't have the heavy weights in front I would have flipped it, tractors have insane torque.

@NativePortlander1970 Oh wow! I have never done that one before. One time though we were raising the grade on a house. We had a single axle dump truck and a large Case Frontend loader. My buddy was driving the truck. I was driving the frontend loader and my dad was running his farm tractor with a scraper blade leveling everything out. The hill was step we had to hook a chane to the truck so I could help him up the hill with the frontend loader. One time I had just gotten him up the hill and was unhooking the chain when he said "I wasn't ready. You pulled me up the hill on your own. ". Love!!!
@Musicman I can totally see that happening.

@NativePortlander1970 We learned fairly early that it paid to have a frontend loader. We did our own backfilling and sometimes we even cleared lots. Plus cement trucks and lumber trucks wouldn't come off the pavement unless you had a loader there to pull the them out if they got stuck. We bought a clean used one for $10k
@Musicman I had a friend that worked at one of those Rent All companies that had everything, he admitted that what they charged it was better for a company to buy their own outright.

@NativePortlander1970 Even back in the day you had to pay a moving charge one way then the rental fee. It would run us $375 per day. It doesn't take long at those numbers before you can just buy a clean used one like your friend said.
@Musicman That's an insane charge

@NativePortlander1970 Yes! It really didn't take long to pay for itself then put a profit in our pocket.
@Musicman Renting anything is a scam, specially housing.

@NativePortlander1970 Sadly I agree with you.
