Italian food

I've just fried tomatoes and cheese together, and now I'm enjoying them.

I think Italian cuisine is the best in the world!

I saw a recipe thing that looked pretty interesting - penne pasta stacked vertically in a mug, then layers of sauce and crumbled/parmesean cheese loaded into the mug/pasta, eventually baked.
