@cherokeepatti I like adding some hatch chilis and Frank's hot sauce to give it a little kick. Sometimes I add bacon bits too.

@BizSuitStacy sounds good. I thought of crumbled bacon, finely chopped sweet red peppers, green peas, cubes of cooked chicken and other such things.

@Lilnonames I can make 2 or 3 meals from one of those rotisserie chickens for the 3 of us and they are only $5 each, much larger than Walmart’s and most grocery store’s rotisserie chickens too. These 3 are the leftovers we will have tomorrow.
