Baked Homemade Macaroni & Cheese For Lunch, A Good Way To Help Take The Chill Off….

Made it for the boy. He had a doctor appointment and got out of school and came home and ate it. I can’t have gluten so he’s got about 3 big helpings of it.

What do you like to cook to get the chill out of the house?

@Shybutwilling2bfriends I have a half of a rotisserie chicken left from last night. Going to make baked chicken tacos tonight.

@Lilnonames can’t go wrong with chicken soup. I had some very thin round steaks, not even a pound and cut them up into tiny squares and made vegetable beef soup on Sunday with a lot of different veggies. We had that for two suppers.

@Lilnonames I made baked chicken tacos for dinner tonight using the leftover rotisserie chicken from Sams Club that we had last night.

@Lilnonames I can make 2 or 3 meals from one of those rotisserie chickens for the 3 of us and they are only $5 each, much larger than Walmart’s and most grocery store’s rotisserie chickens too. These 3 are the leftovers we will have tomorrow.
